Series Overview

Cut more forage, ditches and laneways fast with Kubota's DM1000 Series disc mowers – featuring 5'5"- 7'10" working widths, heavy-duty Kubota cutterbar with spring-loaded BreakAway protection, and more.

Features

Three-bladed discs With three blades per disc, Kubota mowers provide a 50% higher cutting frequency compared to conventional solutions. This means a third less load per blade, an even load on the drive, smoother power usage, and produces neat, cleanly cut stubble.

Features

Fully Welded Cutterbar The Kubota cutterbar’s high cooling and lubrication efficiency oil pump system reduces wear and tear. The fully welded cutterbar with overlapping C-channels makes for a very strong design requiring low maintenance with no risk of loose bolts.

Features

Counter-Rotating Discs All Kubota mowers have an even number of counter-rotating discs. Apart from the immediate crop transport to the rear this system ensures that even in wet conditions no stripes of uncut forage are left in the field.

Features

Low Noise Cutterbar The Kubota cutterbar is designed for low maintenance and offers virtually quiet operation - Convenient during a long and busy work day.

Features

Spring-Loaded Breakaway If an obstacle is encountered, the mower swings backwards to protect the cutterbar. The spring-trip protection is reset to working position by simply reversing the mower momentarily.

Features

Fast Lifting on Headland The mower is easily lifted via a hydraulic cylinder without activating the tractor’s 3pt linkage. This advantage puts less wear on tractor and machine, as the PTO stays in the same position, minimizing vibrations and stress.

Features

Flexible Working Range The side mounted suspension allows for flexible working angles to easily maneuver over uneven ground.
